Shooting at Las Vegas Middle School Leaves One Adult Injured

An adult was shot and injured at Ed Von Tobel Middle School in suburban Las Vegas.
The school was placed on lockdown for about an hour while police cleared the campus.
The person who was shot was taken to a hospital, but the extent of their injuries is unknown.
Police have not confirmed whether the person who was shot was a school employee.
Students were released just before 2 p.m. after authorities secured the campus.
