Shiprocket Files Updated DRHP for Rs 2,342.3 Crore IPO

Overview

  • The offer comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 1,100 crore and an OFS of up to Rs 1,242.3 crore, with shares proposed for listing on the BSE and NSE.
  • Founders Saahil Goel and Gautam Kapoor may each sell up to Rs 144 crore, Vishesh Khurana up to Rs 36.93 crore, LR India Fund I up to Rs 258.49 crore, and Arvind Ltd up to Rs 161 crore.
  • Other sellers include Tribe Capital, MCP3 SPV, Bertelsmann and 500 Startups, while Eternal (Zomato) and Temasek are not participating in the OFS.
  • Use of proceeds: Rs 505 crore for platform investments (Rs 294 crore for marketing, Rs 211 crore for technology), Rs 210 crore for debt repayment, with the remainder for acquisitions and general corporate purposes.
  • The company may pursue a pre-IPO placement of up to Rs 220 crore; FY25 revenue reached Rs 1,632 crore and net loss narrowed to Rs 74.45 crore, with further improvement in H1 FY26.
