Shōgun Season 2 Confirmed to Begin Filming in January 2026

FX's Emmy-winning historical drama will return with a decade-long time jump and an original storyline expanding beyond James Clavell's novel.

  • Production for Shōgun Season 2 is set to start in January 2026 in Vancouver, maintaining the same filming location as Season 1.
