- According to the report, he was tied with an extension cord in a basement or garage and threatened with death if he continued contact with his girlfriend.
- Sherwood police arrested Robert Ellerd, 54, Jackson Homan, 23, and Charles Homan, 19, who face aggravated robbery, kidnapping and terroristic threatening charges, with each held on $500,000 bond.
- The girlfriend told the reporting officer she witnessed the forced abduction but initially stayed silent out of fear, and the officer later referred the case to a detective.
