Shell International Finance B.V. and Shell plc have published a Prospectus Supplement dated September 20, 2024.
The supplement includes Shell plc's unaudited interim financial report for the six months ended June 30, 2024.
Also included are Shell plc's Annual Report and Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2023.
Shell International Finance B.V.'s unaudited interim financial report and Annual Report for the year ended December 31, 2023 are part of the documents.
The documents must be read in conjunction with the Information Memorandum dated November 8, 2023, and are available for viewing on Shell’s website and the FCA's National Storage Mechanism.
