Overview

• Sidney Emmanuel Davis Jr., 25, was charged with first-degree premeditated murder in the killing of his 23-year-old estranged wife, Fatme Davis.
• Police say the stabbing occurred Sunday around 5 p.m. at the Meijer gas station at 15301 Hall Road during a custody exchange with the couple’s child in the car.
• Investigators report the suspect left the scene before being arrested by Macomb County Sheriff’s deputies.
