Overview
- Authorities report at least 41 dead and 27 missing across Hidalgo, Puebla, Veracruz, Querétaro and San Luis Potosí after torrential rains linked to the remnants of Hurricane Priscilla and Tropical Depression Raymond.
- DN-III-E and Plan Marina remain active with roughly 6,000 Army personnel, 3,000 Navy personnel and about 250 machines deployed, with air bridges supplying isolated communities.
