Overview

• The 30-day natural period for Senate ratification began upon receipt of the proposals, and the CRT cannot exercise full authority until its five-member plenary is installed.
• Proposed commissioners for the new Comisión Reguladora de Telecomunicaciones are Ledénika Mckensie Méndez González, María de las Mercedes Olivares Tresgallo, Adán Salazar Garibay, Tania Villa Trápala, and Norma Solano Rodríguez.
