Overview

• The first site in Kenya will cover 7.2 hectares and is expected to support about 1,700 people.
• Plans include fully furnished homes, a large mosque, and a multipurpose hall for more than 500 people.
• A modern school for over 320 students will be delivered through the Rashid Education Project in partnership with MBRGI’s Digital School.
• Healthcare services will center on a dedicated clinic, sanitation networks, water tanks and wells, plus preventive care delivered with international humanitarian organisations.
• The design adds vocational training, endowment-based commercial outlets, youth sports facilities, and solar-powered safety infrastructure, with the programme aiming to replicate one new village each year.
