• Appearing in the special CBI court, she denied ever recording a statement with Mumbai Police or the CBI and said the chargesheet text was not made by her.
• She testified that probe officers gave her bundles of emails and blank pages to sign, calling the documents shown in court fabricated.
• She alleged Peter Mukerjea’s sons Rahul and Rabin took Indrani’s ancestral jewellery and more than Rs 7 crore, arguing this gave them a motive to frame her mother.
