Overview

  • On June 17, Strongsville police pulled over Sanders’s 2025 Dodge TRX for driving 101 mph in a 60 mph zone and issued a citation.
  • A June 5 stop by Ohio State Highway Patrol in Brunswick Hills cited him for 91 mph in a 65 mph zone, and he did not appear at the scheduled arraignment.
  • He must either pay a $250 fine or contest the latest ticket at Strongsville Mayor’s Court on July 3 to resolve the citation.
  • Browns spokesman Peter John-Baptiste said the team has addressed both incidents with Sanders, who admitted he “made some wrong choices.”
  • The infractions came during rookie orientation and minicamp as Sanders vies for a role in Cleveland’s crowded quarterback competition.
