- Western Australia’s DPIRD issued a shark alert for the Gnarabup Boat Ramp near Margaret River after a diver was bumped on Tuesday.
- The diver was rock lobster fishing about 30 metres offshore at around 4:30pm and was not injured.
- The shark involved in the latest encounter was reported to be approximately 2.5 metres long.
- Officials are monitoring the area and urge beachgoers to exercise extra caution and comply with any beach closures.
