- On Dec. 16, the annual Shaq-A-Claus event at Fairview Elementary near Atlanta served roughly 600 pre-K through fifth-grade students with gifts including bikes, laptops, toys, scooters and clothing.

- In a separate visit reported by FOX 5 Atlanta, O’Neal brought gifts to DeKalb School of the Arts and said he plans to return with 300 pairs of Reeboks and Shaq shoes, will try to secure 300 MacBook Pros, and will award $3,000 to the student with the highest final exam score.
