Shanna Moakler Accuses Oscar De La Hoya of Threats, Intimidation During Breakup

Model alleges boxing star ended relationship abruptly, threatened not to see daughter until she was 16.

Shanna Moakler, a popular model and former Miss USA, has accused her ex-fiance, boxing star Oscar De La Hoya, of threatening and intimidating her during their breakup.
Moakler alleges that De La Hoya ended their relationship abruptly and publicly, and threatened not to see her or their daughter until the child was 16 if Moakler sued him for alimony.
Moakler claims she was blindsided when she saw De La Hoya on television with another woman, despite him telling her he was on a work trip.
According to Moakler, De La Hoya sent his assistant to tell her he no longer wanted to be with her, and she was ordered to move out of their Bel-Air mansion with their daughter.
Moakler says De La Hoya did not see his daughter until she was approximately 16 years old, as he had threatened.
