- Tickets bought with coupons, previously rescheduled tickets, or those purchased via third-party platforms are excluded, with third-party refunds handled by the original seller.
- The change currently applies only at Shanghai Disneyland and contrasts with policies at other resorts such as Walt Disney World, which generally does not refund tickets.
