Shah Rukh Khan Temporarily Relocates During Major Mannat Renovation

The Bollywood superstar and his family will move to a luxury Pali Hill apartment as their iconic Bandra home undergoes a two-year transformation.

Shah Rukh Khan and his family will vacate their iconic Mannat residence in May 2025 for extensive renovation work, including a proposed extension of the bungalow.
The renovation is expected to take up to two years, during which the family will reside in a luxury apartment in the nearby Pali Hill area of Bandra.
The family has leased four floors of the Puja Casa building, owned by film producer Vashu Bhagnani's family, for a monthly rent of ₹24 lakh.
The temporary residence will house not only the Khan family but also their staff, security, and some office space, ensuring privacy and security.
Mannat, a Grade III heritage structure, required official permissions for the planned structural changes, including the addition of two floors to its annexe.
