  • Around 11 p.m. on August 2, officers on Fulton Street and 35th Avenue discovered an open trailer stocked with roughly 100 metal nitrous oxide canisters and numerous balloons.
  • Police arrested 32-year-old Thomas Siderio of Philadelphia on suspicion of distributing nitrous oxide and possessing it for intoxication after uncovering the cache.
  • The trailer was towed as evidence and all seized tanks and balloons were cataloged for the ongoing SFPD investigation.
  • Siderio was booked into San Francisco County Jail on charges of distributing or dispensing nitrous oxide and possessing it with intent to ingest.
  • The department has maintained heightened patrols in Golden Gate Park and nearby neighborhoods to ensure the safety of concertgoers.
