Seven Teens Arrested After High-Speed Police Chase in Melbourne's West

A police chase involving seven teenagers began when a stolen Skoda SUV was spotted speeding in Wyndham Vale late Tuesday night.
The chase spanned several suburbs, including Werribee, Tarneit, and Point Cook, before crossing the West Gate Bridge and returning to the western suburbs.
The suspects switched from the Skoda to a stolen Volvo, which ultimately crashed into a tree on Wisdom Avenue in Truganina.
Five teenagers were arrested at the crash site, while two others fled on foot but were later apprehended with assistance from the police helicopter.
Police reported finding several weapons in the stolen vehicles; six of the seven teens had recently been released on bail.
