Overview
- JMPD reports the Toyota Quantum collided with a Ford Ranger at about 07:40 on Comaro Road between Tarentaal and Pieter Acryod in Bassonia.
- Seven passengers—five women and two men aged 30 to 45—were declared dead at the scene, and the taxi driver and seven others were taken to Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital with serious injuries.
