Overview

• Los Angeles Fire Department crews responded around 3 a.m. Sunday to a multi-vehicle collision on the 1500 block of Grand Avenue.
• Firefighters found a vehicle engulfed in flames and quickly extinguished the fire while other crews treated and transported patients.
• Seven people were taken to hospitals, including a 24-year-old woman and a 21-year-old woman in critical condition and a 49-year-old man in serious condition.
• Three women, ages 58, 29 and 24, were listed in fair condition, and details for a seventh patient were not immediately available.
