  • The roadstead in Sevastopol Bay was closed on December 26 because of deteriorating weather conditions.
  • Three ferry lines were halted, with replacement bus service organized at Nakhimov Square and Zakharov Square.
  • The Emergencies Ministry warned of gusts up to 20 m/s, strengthening to 25–30 m/s on December 28–29 with waves reaching 3–5 meters, snow, vessel icing, and sea smoke.
