The series, created by Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, will parody a legacy Hollywood movie studio struggling to balance art and commerce.
Guest stars will include Bryan Cranston, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, and Dewayne Perkins, with Rogen also serving as writer, director, and executive producer.
Production for 'The Studio' has officially started, under the banner of Lionsgate Television and Point Grey Pictures.
The series adds to Rogen's growing relationship with Apple, following the renewal of 'Platonic' for a second season.
