  • Karla Ximena Serrano won the women’s 20 km race walk in 1:31:40.01 for a Pan American Junior Games record and a Lima 2027 berth, with Valeria Flores taking silver and Colombia’s Natalia Pulido bronze.
  • Kenny Zamudio captured men’s 10 m platform gold with 467.75 points to secure qualification to the Pan American Games Lima 2027.
  • Mexico went 1–2 in men’s 3 m springboard as David Vázquez scored 417.67 for gold and Daniel Agúndez 414.50 for silver, with Canada’s Paul Carson third on 408.30.
  • Twins Mía and Lía Cueva added silver and bronze in women’s 1 m springboard with 267.95 and 261.45 points respectively, narrowly trailing U.S. winner Sophia Verzyl on 270.40.
  • Further podiums included silver for María José Sánchez and Suri Cueva in women’s 10 m synchronized platform (279.05), Brandon Pérez’s bronze in men’s 20 km walk (1:24:48), and distance medals from Mariel Salazar (10,000 m silver), Luz Rocha (10,000 m bronze) and Ian and Iker Sánchez (5,000 m silver and bronze).
