Serious Crash Closes M25 in Essex, Causing Major Delays

A major crash occurred on the M25's anti-clockwise carriageway between Junctions 27 (Epping) and 28 (Brentwood) on Monday morning.
The motorway was closed in both directions to allow an air ambulance to attend the scene, with the clockwise side partially reopened later in the day.
Traffic delays extended up to seven miles on the anti-clockwise side and four miles on the clockwise side, with additional congestion reported on the M11 southbound.
