- The framework mandates a unified curriculum in upper-secondary institutions to standardize instruction and enable study portability.
- Students will graduate with both a National Baccalaureate certificate and a technical credential endorsed by higher-education institutions.
- More than 200 technical programs have been updated and 15 new fields — including robotics, AI, semiconductors and digital animation — added to align with labor and strategic development goals.
- Scientific, humanist, intercultural and gender perspectives are embedded to cultivate critical citizenship and strengthen ties with local communities.
