  • Investigators suspect Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon of inciting the Jan. 19 breach of the Seoul Western District Court after extending former President Yoon’s detention.
  • Authorities seized telecommunications records, analyzed rally recordings and questioned suspects, including a church official recently sentenced to 3½ years.
  • Since the court attack, 143 individuals have been arrested, 63 indicted and 49 convicted on charges related to the violent disturbance that injured 97 people.
