  • The ruling was confirmed on July 22 when Shin failed to file an appeal, granting the members formal legal redress for the abuse they endured online.
  • NewJeans’ broader lawsuit against their agency ADOR remains active under injunctions that prohibit solo endorsements and threaten up to 1 billion KRW in penalties per unauthorized activity.
