Overview

- Shree Cement’s net profit jumped to about Rs 309 crore from Rs 76.4 crore and it declared an interim dividend of Rs 80 per share, while Tata Capital logged a modest profit increase and Emirates NBD launched an open offer to buy 26% of RBL Bank at Rs 280 a share.
