Semi-truck driver charged with manslaughter after crashing into van and killing 7

A semi-truck driver crashed into a passenger van on an Oregon highway, killing 7 people and injuring 4 others.
The driver, Lincoln Clayton Smith, was arrested and charged with manslaughter, DUI, and other offenses.
Witnesses reported the semi-truck had been driving erratically before crashing into the van without braking.
Six victims died at the scene and a seventh died after being airlifted to a hospital.
The crash is one of the deadliest to happen in Oregon in recent years.
