Overview

• Zulma “N.”, alias “La Güera,” and Carlos Andrés “N.” were detained during a ground patrol on Avenida General Manuel Ávila Camacho in Ecatepec.
• Elements of the Fuerza de Tarea Marina coordinated with the Policía Metropolitana de Ecatepec to intercept the pair as they rode a black motorcycle.
• Officers seized four small packages containing a green herb with characteristics of marijuana and placed the motorcycle under safeguard.
• Both detainees, reported as Colombian nationals, were transferred to the Centro de Justicia de Ecatepec San Agustín for legal processing by the FGJEM.
