SEGA Announces Like a Dragon Direct for January 9

The livestream will showcase new features and updates for the upcoming Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, set to release on February 21.

SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio will host a Like a Dragon Direct livestream on January 9 at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. ET, available on YouTube and Twitch.
The presentation will focus on Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, an action-adventure game launching on February 21, 2025.
Players can expect first looks at gameplay features, including dual combat styles, ship customization, and crew management mechanics.
The game stars fan-favorite character Goro Majima and serves as a follow-up to Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio is also working on other projects, including a new Virtua Fighter game and a historical title, Project Century, set in 1915.
