Security Officer Killed in New Hampshire Hospital Shooting

The shooter, John Madore, had been a patient at the same hospital years earlier.

A U-Haul truck found in the hospital's parking lot contained an AR-style rifle, several magazines of ammunition, and a tactical vest.
A community candlelight vigil was held to honor Haas, who had served three decades with the Franklin Police Department, including as the city’s police chief.
