Securitize Launches Neuberger High Income Tokenized Fund on Four Blockchains

The regulated fund brings high-yield corporate credit onchain, potentially unlocking borrowing against it on DeFi platforms pending governance approval.

Overview

  • Securitize launched the Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund (HINC) on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, issuing tokenized interests on Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche and Sui.
  • Neuberger Berman will serve as subadvisor and will manage a portfolio focused on high-yield corporate bonds with exposure to collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans.
  • HINC is distributed and administered by Securitize affiliates and is available only to accredited investors and qualified purchasers after KYC, AML and jurisdictional eligibility checks.
  • Aave Horizon has a governance proposal to onboard HINC as supply-only collateral, which would let HINC holders borrow stablecoins against their positions while preventing the asset from being rehypothecated.
  • The launch builds on Securitize’s recent push into regulated tokenization after its NYSE listing and SEC registration and helped push SECZ shares up about 6% as the firm grows its tokenized assets under management into the billions.
