Overview
- Securitize, which launched the product on Thursday, October 8, 2026, issued 12 Convertible Entitlement Tokens that are each backed one-for-one by an underlying U.S. share and designed to preserve economic rights such as dividends and voting where applicable.
- The tokens trade on Securitize’s Solana-based PropAMM with trades settling in USDC and Jump Trading providing initial market-making liquidity while RQD supports clearing, custody, and settlement.
- Access is gated to KYC/AML-cleared, eligible investors in the U.S., European Union and other permitted jurisdictions through Securitize’s registered broker-dealer platform, and the tokens can convert to direct shares if an issuer enables that path.
- Trading begins in extended market hours with a roadmap toward 24/7 availability and exploration of onchain lending and collateral use cases by partners such as Ripple Prime and Aave.
- Securitize expects the tokens to seek listing on the NYSE’s planned digital venue and the OKXICE tokenized-securities venue but those expansions remain conditional on those venues launching and meeting U.S. regulatory requirements.
