Second Teen Identified in Deadly Bronx Subway Shooting

A 15-year-old boy has been identified as the second gunman in a fatal Bronx subway shooting that left one dead and five injured.
The shooting, which occurred on February 13, 2024, at the Mt. Eden station on the No. 4 line, was the result of a dispute between two rival gangs.
16-year-old Langel Jones, also involved in the shooting, was ordered held without bail on murder charges.
The victims of the shooting included Obed Beltrán-Sánchez, a 35-year-old Mexican immigrant, who died from his injuries.
The incident involved an estimated 19 shots fired, most of which hit innocent bystanders.
