Second Suspect Arrested in Morgan State University Shooting

Jovon Williams, 18, faces charges of attempted first-degree murder, in addition to separate drug and gun charges in Washington, D.C.

Jovon Williams, 18, has been arrested and charged with attempted first-degree murder in connection with the shooting at Morgan State University during homecoming celebrations.
Williams was arrested in Washington, D.C., where he also faces drug and gun charges in a separate case.
Another teen, who has not been publicly identified because he's a minor, has also been arrested in connection with the shooting.
The shooting, which occurred on October 3, resulted in five injuries, four of whom were students at the university.
Detectives believe the shooting stemmed from a dispute and involved two shooters.
