  • The film is still in the early stages of development, with no directors or actors currently attached to the project.
  • The Abrams and Coates-led project will be part of the DC Elseworlds brand, which features stories that exist outside of the main DC Universe continuity.
  • Superman: Legacy, which will launch the new DC Universe, is set to premiere on July 11, 2025.
