• A six-year-old boy died at the scene when the minibus flipped on the M4 eastbound exit onto the A329M at Junction 10 on May 11.
• Othniel Adoma, 11, from Bracknell, succumbed to his injuries on June 5, nearly four weeks after the single-vehicle collision.
• Five other children hurt in the crash have since been discharged from hospital following treatment.
• Emergency responders at the scene included six ambulances and five critical care units, two of which were air ambulances.
