A second sex tape scandal has emerged from the U.S. Capitol, involving a senior staffer from Rep. Dan Newhouse's office who was allegedly filmed engaging in sexual acts inside the Capitol in 2022.
The videos, which reportedly circulated on Snapchat, allegedly show the male staffer masturbating in a House office building and engaging in sexual acts with another man in a different office setting.
Rep. Newhouse's office confirmed that an investigation was launched in response to reports of 'purported, unbecoming behavior' by the staffer, but stated that 'no conclusive evidence' was found.
The staffer, who has not been named, denied his involvement in the explicit videos and stated that he left his position in the fall of 2022 for unrelated reasons.
This revelation comes after a Democratic congressional aide, Aidan Maese-Czeropski, was fired last week for filming a gay porn film in a Senate hearing room.
