- Flagler County deputies arrested a 13-year-old after group Snapchat messages threatened to “shoot Indian Trails up” and included two photos of a gun.
- The teen told a school resource deputy the posts were intended as jokes that got out of hand, according to investigators.
- Earlier in the week, an 11-year-old was arrested after “school shooting Feb. 4 :)” was found on a bathroom wall, which she said she wrote on a dare from someone online.
- Both juveniles were charged with making written threats to commit a mass shooting or terrorism and were processed through juvenile detention, authorities said.
