Second Arrest in Tampa Halloween Shooting: 14-Year-Old Boy Faces Felony Charges

A second arrest has been made in the Halloween weekend shooting in Tampa, Florida, that resulted in two deaths and 16 injuries. The suspect is a 14-year-old boy who was arrested in Palm Beach County.
The boy faces felony charges of being a minor in possession of a firearm while wearing a mask and carrying a concealed firearm.
The first arrest made in connection with the shooting was Tyrell Stephen Phillips, 22, who was charged with second-degree murder with a firearm.
The shooting occurred during a fight between two groups in Tampa's Ybor City area, a popular nightlife spot. Hundreds of people were on the streets at the time of the shooting.
Police are still trying to identify additional persons of interest who appear in a video posted to the Tampa police department's YouTube page.
