Sebastian Hinze Named New Head Coach of ThSV Eisenach

The former Rhein-Neckar Löwen coach will take over from Misha Kaufmann, who is moving to TVB Stuttgart.

Sebastian Hinze has signed a three-year contract to become the head coach of ThSV Eisenach starting next season.
He replaces Misha Kaufmann, who led Eisenach to the Bundesliga and twice secured the team's league survival before announcing his move to TVB Stuttgart.
Hinze departs Rhein-Neckar Löwen after three seasons, during which he won the DHB-Pokal in 2023.
Prior to his time with the Löwen, Hinze spent a decade coaching Bergischer HC, achieving two Bundesliga promotions with the team.
The 45-year-old is tasked with continuing the successful foundation laid by Kaufmann at Eisenach.
