Seattle Police Investigate Disturbing Hit-and-Runs Caught on Camera

Authorities release footage showing passengers encouraging driver to hit pedestrians, victims yet to be identified.

Seattle Police are investigating two separate hit-and-run incidents that occurred on the same night in November, with cell phone and surveillance footage showing drivers deliberately targeting pedestrians.
Footage from inside one of the vehicles shows a passenger urging the driver to hit a pedestrian, followed by laughter after the impact.
The incidents occurred on Aurora Avenue, a known hotspot for prostitution in Seattle, and the victims have not been identified or come forward.
Despite combing through 911 call records, hospital admissions, and canvassing the area for witnesses, detectives have not been able to locate the victims.
Authorities have released the footage to the public in hopes of encouraging assistance in the investigation.
