month-old Conrad Sheils went missing in flash flood that killed his 2-year-old sister Matilda Sheils and mother.
Hundreds participated in 12-day search effort using boats, dogs, divers, drones but Sheils' body not found.
Four others also died in the flash flood in Bucks County after heavy rains caused creek to overflow.
The Sheils family was visiting relatives when their car got caught in floodwaters on Washington Crossing Road.
Police and family expressed gratitude for efforts to find Conrad and support community has provided.
