Sean Gunn Cast as Maxwell Lord in New DC Universe
Character to be introduced in 'Superman: Legacy', set for release in July 2025.

- Maxwell Lord, previously played by Pedro Pascal in 'Wonder Woman 1984', is a ruthless business mogul who seeks to control metahumans for his own purposes.
- It's unclear if Maxwell Lord will make a cameo in the upcoming 'Superman: Legacy', but the character will be referenced and will appear in future DC projects.
- The new DC Universe will also feature David Corenswet as Clark Kent/Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, and Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, among others.
- 'Superman: Legacy' is set to release on July 11, 2025.
