Sean 'Diddy' Combs to Receive Global Icon Award and Perform at 2023 MTV VMAs Ahead of New Album Release

Diddy will receive the Global Icon Award at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.
He will perform at the VMAs for the first time since 2005 and promote his upcoming solo album.
Diddy is releasing his first solo studio album since 2006, titled "The Love Album: Off the Grid."
He is nominated for four other VMAs this year for his collaborations "Gotta Move On" and "Creepin' (Remix)."
As part of his economic empowerment initiative, Diddy is giving back music publishing rights to artists previously signed to his Bad Boy Records label.
