A male escort, identified as John Doe, has filed a lawsuit accusing Sean 'Diddy' Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting him during an encounter in 2012 at a New York City hotel.
The lawsuit alleges that Combs forced the escort to perform degrading acts on a female companion and later sexually assaulted him in a bathroom.
Doe claims that Combs threatened his life, referencing the 1996 murder of rapper Tupac Shakur, saying, 'If I can get Pac hit, what do you think can happen to you?'
Combs' legal team has denied the allegations, stating that he has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone and expressing confidence in the judicial process.
This lawsuit adds to Combs' mounting legal challenges, including federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, with his criminal trial set to begin in May 2025.
