Sean 'Diddy' Combs' Los Angeles Mansion Receives $30M Offer Amid Investigation Fallout

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' 17,000-square-foot Los Angeles mansion, listed for $61.5 million in September, has received a $30 million offer from real estate investor Bo Belmont.
The Holmby Hills estate was reportedly central to Combs' ongoing sex-trafficking case and was raided by federal agents in March, resulting in property damage and the removal of electronics.
Belmont, CEO of Belwood Investments, plans to renovate the property to remove its negative associations and restore its aesthetic appeal before relisting it for sale.
The mansion features 10 bedrooms, a theater, a wine cellar, dual baths in the primary suite, and a two-story guest house with a recording studio, set on 1.3 acres of manicured grounds.
Combs, currently facing legal charges, purchased the property in 2014 for $39 million and also owns a Miami mansion that was similarly raided earlier this year.
