The new charges involve Victim-2, whom prosecutors allege was coerced into commercial sex acts and transported across state lines for prostitution over a three-year period.
Prosecutors claim Combs used his business empire to facilitate a 20-year criminal enterprise involving coercion, threats, and elaborate sexual events known as 'freak offs.'
Combs, who has pleaded not guilty to all charges, remains in federal custody in Brooklyn as his trial is set to begin on May 5, 2025.
Pre-trial hearings scheduled for April 25 will address victim protections and defense motions, including challenges to the new indictment.
