Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been charged with two new counts of sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution, bringing the total charges against him to five.
The new allegations involve incidents between 2021 and 2024 and pertain to a person identified in court documents as 'Victim 2.'
Combs, who has denied all allegations, has been in custody since September 2024 after repeated bail denials.
The trial is scheduled to begin on May 12, 2025, with jury selection starting on May 5.
Prosecutors accuse Combs of decades of abuse, including coercing individuals into drug and sex parties through threats and violence.
